Service Purchases: All service fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced. If services have not yet started, clients may request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Product Purchases: We accept return requests if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
Return Process: Email [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions. Return the item to the specified address within 14 days. Upon inspection and approval, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items: Customized or personalized products. Digital services after access or delivery. Products returned used, damaged, or missing components.
